How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, go to checkout, enter your details and choose a payment method. After you place the order you will be shown how to complete the payment.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer for all customers, and cash on delivery for orders within Pakistan.
Why do I see prices in dollars?
We show prices in PKR to visitors in Pakistan and in USD to visitors elsewhere. You can switch currency any time using the PKR / USD buttons in the menu.
How long does delivery take?
Within Pakistan usually [2 to 5] business days. International orders usually take [7 to 14] business days. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I customize my own bat?
Yes. Choose the willow, shape, grip and branding on our Customize Your Bat page.
How do I choose the right bat size?
See our Bat Size Guide, or message us with your height and age and we will recommend a size.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within [7] days for unused items in original condition. Custom bats are excluded unless faulty. See our Returns Policy.
